Most of us will go on a holiday from time to time. We'll be on a holiday all of next week! Our family have had a stressful few months and we really need a good holiday. We could spend the whole holiday racing around to see different sights and experience new things. Instead, we've rented a large house in a valley with very few houses. We'll take in the wildlife, go for walks, rest, chat and read. We have some family coming for a few nights, friends coming for a few nights and a few nights to ourselves. Peace and quiet is what we need. I'm not giving in to the temptation to fill our days when what we need is a rest. |
