Christmas Rocky Road
450g dark chocolate melts
1 pkt of 12 fun size choc-coated turkish delight
100g (1 pkt) of mini baking marshmallows
100g (1 small packet) of glace cherries
100g (1/2 packet) of crushed peanuts
40g (Handful) of white chocolate choc chips
Melt chocolate, mix in the other ingredients. Put soup spoonfuls onto baking paper, refrigerate.
Makes about 40.
Variations:
Replace the crushed peanuts with whole roasted hazelnuts.
Use white chocolate melts and milk chocolate chips
Add crushed honeycomb and chopped jersey caramels instead of turkish delight and cherries.
